I trained with Clemens Dierks, Matthew Dowsley and Ulrich Klatte these trainers supported my learning.
What are some of the memories you look back on and smile about?
Learning to ride in HK. Winning Champion Lady Rider at Sydney Royal. Winning the 2000 Sydney CDI PSG with a 16 year record score. Watching Worldwide PB win the Paralympic Gold medal at London 2012. Each time a foal is born which I have helped create. Watching clients achieve “ light bulb moments’ when it all falls into place.
How did you get started in the industry and who inspired you?
I was always passionate about riding and lived and breathed it everyday. I was studying Bachelor of Business part time and earning a living teaching and training so pursued it full time. In my gap year I trained with Ferdi Eilberg in England and he was very inspirational to me.

What do you look back on and wish you could have done differently – and what advice do you have for other riders?
I jumped from a galloway to an OTT and it was way too much too soon.
What are some approaches to troubleshooting some common training and horse problems within your chosen Equine Discipline?
Understand each horses’ personality and that they don’t all learn in the same way. Some take time, some travel a different route in a different order, some learn better outside an arena. Be patient and kind. Build a good solid network. Support each other.
