Sonja Vandermark
Sonja is a Territory Manager for the Mid North region of NSW. Originally from the UK, she holds a First Class Honours degree in Equine Science and began her career with Kentucky Equine Research at their research facility in Versailles before relocating to Australia in 2000.
She spent eight years as a nutrition consultant and technical sales representative with KER in Australia, followed by ten years in rural retail while managing an equine facility in Warrnambool, prior to joining the Ridley team.
Sonja is passionate about keeping equine nutrition simple, practical and evidence-based. Her philosophy is that nutrition is the foundation of performance—balanced, effective and never unnecessarily complicated.
At home, she shares her life with one much-loved horse, Big Al, a true family favourite with a heart to match his size.
