What do you love most about your horse? Lusty has a huge personality, he just loves to be the Center of attention so much that he has earned the nickname Princess. He has a great attitude to his work and is always will to learn new things. He is always the one standing at the gate or having his head out his stable door, ears pricked every morning waiting for the day to begin. He has come a very long way since coming to me from the racetrack and I believe he has a very bright future.
Funny habits, how does your horse make you smile? As said above, his personality! If he were to become a human he would easily be the popular kid in school and everybody would just fall in love with him! He is also quite sassy, this comes in my favour but also works against me sometimes as he will know that he is looking and going well that he thinks he knows what he is doing and doesn't need my help.

What do you love most about your horse? DD is essentially just a big teddy bear, if we allowed him, he would happily come inside and curl up in front of the fire or sit on the couch. He is always looking for cuddles and gets very upset when you ignore him. He also is the best horse at trying his hardest at things. Even only started his riding career this year he has come along in leaps and bounds! He loves his CrossCountry and is slowly becoming to like his dressage.
Funny habits, how does your horse make you smile? He is the biggest goof ball. He will play around with you all day and always put a smile on your face. And as said above his is just a horse trapped in a teddy bears body.
What do you love most about horses? I love the feeling of just sitting in the saddle and having a connection with the horse and how I can just zone everything from the world out and just focus on my riding!
Do you have an idol in the Equine World? Being a Kiwi and having British blood in me, I look up to the eventing legends such as Lucinda Green and Sir Mark Todd. I also idolise the Prices, I find that Tim and Jonelle both just have such a natural connection with their horses and their way of teaching and riding horses.
Who is your biggest supporter? Definitely my mum! She has always been there from day one! She is constantly helping me and my siblings achieve our goals and I am forever grateful for her!
Describe your favourite horse memory? My favourite memory would have to be riding at the PCA National Championships on Phil an ott that I retrained myself and placed 12th and was on the winning eventing team! I no longer own Phil but I owe it to him for lighting the eventing fire in my heart!
What are your ambitions or dreams with your current horses? I would love to produce lusty to the star classes and with DD I am not sure on how far he will go but I will keeping going until he says he is done!
Where do you see yourself riding in 5 years? After I finish school I plan on heading to Europe to set up my own eventing yard and will hopefully have achieved a 5 star competition.
Why do you want to be part of the Barastoc Junior Squad? I have been following the Junior squad for a while and have loved the sense of community that you guys have and would love to be apart of it.
How do you think being a member of the Barastoc Junior Squad will help your riding? Having my horses ont he best feeds would help them preform to their best and being apart of such a supportive group will help to push me even further.
Which Barastoc Ambassador would you most like to meet? I would've quite interested in meeting Megan Jones and having a lesson with her!
Have you fed Barastoc to your horses in the past? If so, what products did you use? Yes I have, our ponies are currently on Speedo- beet and calm performer. Lusty and DD are on Speedi-Beet, Competitor and lupins.
